Hotels

The Wedding will be located in Trumansburg, NY about 20 minutes from both Ithaca and Watkins Glen.  Both towns have a variety of hotels and vacation rentals and the surrounding areas also have smaller B&Bs. However, the Finger Lakes are a popular tourist destination, so we recommend booking a place to stay as soon as possible.

Hotel Block

We've reserved a block of rooms at the Rodeway Inn, located just outside of Ithaca.  There are two room types in the block:

• A King for $210 / night
• 2 Queens for $220 / night

There is a two night minimum required (Friday and Saturday nights) and they must be booked by July 31st.  To book a room, use this link or call the hotel directly at (607) 272-5252 and use the group number CR79W6 (David's Wedding).  There are initially 5 of each room type available.  If any of them run out, you can call the hotel directly to add more to the block.  Let us know if you have any troubles making a reservation.

Other Hotels

There are a number of other hotels available in Ithaca and Watkins Glen.  The ones located in Downtown Ithaca (near the Commons) are going to be the most expensive.  Some that might be worth looking into are:

• The Argos Inn - downtown Ithaca
• La Tourelle Hotel - Ithaca's South Hill
• Harbor Hotel - Watkins Glen

Bed & Breakfasts

There are a number of nice traditional Bed & Breakfasts in the area - including a few right in Trumansburg!  They don't have as many rooms, but they are generally cheaper or around the same price as many of the hotels.  Here are a few that have been recommended to us:

• Gothic Eves - Trumansburg
• Halsey House - Trumansburg
• The Black Walnut - Covert, just north of Trumansburg
• A Stone's Throw - Interlaken
• Driftwood Inn - on Cayuga Lake in Ovid

AirBnBs

There are a wide variety of AirBnBs in the area ranging from small apartments to full-sized vacation homes.  Search AirBnB.com for available listings.

Camping

If you're looking for a more rustic location, there are a number of great State Parks in the area along with New York State's only National Forest just minutes from the wedding venue.  If you're looking for a nice spot in the woods, reach out to us and we can give you some good suggestions.
